before the 'cleansing', you see the detirioration/fungus right smack dab in the middle? (of course, had to be in the middle, heh!) the other medium appears so far to be fine. i gave that one to my buddy so he wouldn't have to deal w/ this. i've dealt w/ fungus/deterioration a number of times, so i felt i had a better chance.
